My girlfriend always got angry with me for eating all the chocolate at home, which didn't make sense to me since she never ate it herself, but would notice immediately if a chocolate bar was missing. So I started carefully opening the packages, eating the chocolate, and then fill the packaging with paper and cardboard so that they would at least look unopened in the cupboard. This went unnoticed for quite some time, and then one night we had a bunch of guests over, and she thought it would be nice to serve some chocolate. One by one, she opened the packages only to discover the paper inside. You can imagine her reaction, but luckily all the guests saw the humor in it. After this incident, she hides the chocolate where I cannot find it.

Happened once with a lettuce in the garden. I was watering a beautiful lettuce, taking care of it everyday. Then comes the day, the big day: I would get to eat my beautiful lettuce. And then *bam*, someone picked the lettuce before I did. My mother in law, who doesn't live in the house and has access to the garden. I lived full of anger for a few days.
